As an Finance & Admin Associate (F&B Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle daily sales, cash and payment reconciliation
• Process invoices, staff claims and payments
• Maintain records of revenue, expenses and petty cash
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Monitor food, beverage and operating costs
• Assist with inventory and stock reporting
• Support bank reconciliation and month-end closing
• Prepare basic financial reports for management
• Maintain finance and HR records and ensure compliance
• Support HR operations, work pass applications and general administration

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or related field.
• Candidate who have 2 years of relevant duties will be an added advantage.
