职位简介 / Role Summary
岗位 / Position: 备料副厨 / Preparation Supervisor
负责原料验收、备料、库存和生产供应。 / Manage receiving, preparation, inventory and production supply.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
• 按排产准备原料和数量 / Prepare materials and quantities from the production plan
• 验收原料并管理标签和效期 / Receive materials and manage labels and expiry dates
• 负责库存记录、盘点和缺货提醒 / Maintain stock records, counts and shortage alerts
• 安排备料员工并保持区域整洁 / Assign preparation work and keep the area orderly

任职要求 / Requirements
• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少2年中央厨房、烘焙备料或库存经验。 / At least 2 years in central-kitchen, bakery-preparation or inventory work.
• 学历 / Education: Nitec / 技工教育证书
• 语言 / Language: 中文或英文至少一门可用于工作沟通；中英双语者优先。 / Mandarin or English required for work communication; bilingual candidates preferred.
• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 做事有条理，能使用基本表格或库存系统。 / Organised and able to use basic spreadsheets or inventory systems.
• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 备料、收货、库存、FIFO、FEFO、称量、记录 / Preparation, receiving, inventory, FIFO, FEFO, weighing, records
