Permanent Part Time Clinic Assistant

Responsibility:

• Attend to phone calls and enquires
• Attend to walk-in patients and enquires
• Coordinate patient registration and patient flow
• Assist doctors with procedures
• Dispensing of drugs

Requirements:

• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Computer literate
• No prior experience required as training will be provided
• Good communication skills and a patient, friendly manner
• Preferably, applicants who live in the North area of Singapore

Schedule:

• Shift system
• Day shifts (8:30am-2:30pm)
• Night shifts (5:30pm-10:30pm)
• At least 1 weekend shift per week
• Able to commit to 2-3 shifts per week
