Family Physician / General Practitioner

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated doctors to deliver comprehensive family medicine care in private practice, managing patient consultations, prescribing treatments, and performing minor procedures to improve patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough medical consultations and deliver patient-centered care in family medicine
• Prescribe appropriate medications and administer vaccinations to prevent and treat illnesses
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of family medicine to optimize patient health
• Perform minor office procedures such as T&S (Tetanus and Serum), I&D (Incision and Drainage), foreign body removal, and excisions with precision and care
• Participate in special projects including onsite health screenings, health talks, and occupational health initiatives to promote community wellness

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery (MBBS or MD)
• Valid Practicing Certificate with Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
• Postgraduate degree in Family Medicine (GDFM, MMed)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Other postgraduate degrees such as GDOM, MMed (Internal Medicine), or GDGM
• Demonstrated can-do attitude and strong team collaboration skills
