Assistant Project Manager/Horticulturist

Job Descriptions:

• Involved in Implementation of Landscaping works

• Facilitate technical guidance and support to the site team.

• Maintain quality of work and implementing project and deliver as per scheduled.

• Regularly monitor site's activities.

• Provide performance review for staff members.

• Maintain a positive employee relations climate, responding to employee-related issues promptly, fairly and consistently.

• Effectively communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service standards and company policies.

• Ability to resolve difficult situations and implement immediate solution.

• Overall management and decision making.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture or other related fields

• Committed to work

• Must be proactive and independant

• Possess computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft office.

• Personal with rain garden or ABC experiences will be prefer.
