Job Summary

You will manage car rental sales and operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions, handling vehicle handovers, managing accident and damage claims, and supporting rental payment follow-ups to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Close sales deals and achieve rental sales targets through effective communication and negotiation with customers
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
• Manage accident reports and insurance claim procedures to ensure timely resolution
• Follow up on weekly rental payments and overdue accounts to maintain cash flow
• Conduct vehicle handovers and returns by signing in/out vehicles with customers accurately
• Inspect vehicles for damage claims and handle related issues to protect company assets
• Perform administrative duties including documentation to support smooth operations
• Work independently with responsibility and proactivity to meet operational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in car rental or automotive industry
• Keen interest and familiarity with cars and motor industry operations
• Retail experience

Benefits:

• Basic salary: $3,000 - $3,500 (depending on years of car rental experience)
• Sales commission (terms & conditions apply)
