About this job
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee matters
- Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff placement
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Handle payroll and ensure timely salary processing
- Manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign workers
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary issues, and grievances
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Support performance appraisal, training, and staff development
- Work closely with management and project/site teams on manpower requirements
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and support management on HR matters
- Perform other HR duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and work pass matters
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
