Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives with a strong focus on achieving measurable business results, operational efficiency, and market impact.
• Plan marketing activities strategically to maximise effectiveness and generate sustainable business growth.
• Ensure the smooth and accurate execution of marketing campaigns, including proper coordination, communication, and information management.
• Monitor campaign performance through data analysis, evaluate outcomes objectively, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Identify key improvement opportunities by analysing performance metrics and market feedback to optimise future marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess growth potential within existing and emerging industries, including Research Institutions, Robotics, Biomedical, and Electric Vehicles.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of the company's CRM database while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen the customer base.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Support the sales team by preparing reports, analysing sales performance to uncover business opportunities, and providing administrative support when required.

Requirements

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Power Automate is an added advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Proven track record in lead generation, marketing campaign planning and execution, and driving successful marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to influence sales strategies, prioritise initiatives, and drive execution across teams.
