Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our logistics team.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client and customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email to provide clear information and support
- Deliver accurate updates on parcel and delivery status to keep customers informed
- Manage customer complaints professionally and follow up until issues are fully resolved
- Investigate and assist with enquiries related to delayed, failed, missing, or damaged deliveries
- Collaborate with operations team, warehouse staff, and drivers to resolve delivery problems efficiently
- Keep customers regularly updated on the progress of their cases to ensure transparency
- Escalate serious or unresolved issues to appropriate personnel for timely resolution
- Perform basic customer service and administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in customer service or logistics roles
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not required
