Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring smooth parcel handling, timely deliveries, and effective resolution of operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure shipments are received, sorted, and dispatched efficiently
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure deliveries are completed smoothly and on schedule
• Monitor outstanding, failed, and urgent deliveries and follow up until resolution
• Communicate clearly with clients and customers regarding delivery status, enquiries, and operational issues
• Handle and resolve delivery complaints, missing shipments, and other service-related matters promptly
• Ensure warehouse staff and drivers adhere to company SOPs and operational procedures
• Monitor daily delivery performance and report significant issues to management
• Identify operational problems and take initiative to resolve them quickly and effectively
• Use basic computer skills to support delivery and logistics system operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations
• Proficient communication and customer service skills to coordinate with clients, drivers, and warehouse staff
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with delivery/logistics systems is an advantage
• Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage for client communication
