1 Month Contract Project Executive, Site Defects Inspection (Dip/Degree in Engineering /Built Environment/Facilities) #HLV

Key Responsibilities

• Assist users in recording defects accurately in the designated defects application or tracker, including the correct location, description and supporting photographs.

• Check that all defects identified during inspections are properly captured and no items are omitted.

• Maintain an updated master tracker of defects, responsible parties, target rectification dates and closure status.

• Review the defect reports or PDF checklists issued by the contractor after each inspection and highlight missing, duplicated or unclear entries.

• Follow up with contractor and relevant stakeholders on outstanding rectification works to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate the attendance and schedule of users for initial inspections and subsequent closure inspections.

• Support users during closure inspections to verify that defects have been satisfactorily rectified.

• Record outstanding or disputed items and escalate overdue or critical issues to the Medical Tower

• Assist with the collation and filing of inspection records, photographs, attendance lists, reports and closure documentation.

• Track the readiness of each area for key handover and ensure the necessary records are completed before keys are handed over to users.
