Service Engineer

Location: Science Park

Our client a German MNC specialised in industrial safety equipment is looking for a number of Service Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting and repair of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and technical inspections.
• Diagnose equipment faults and provide timely technical solutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper service records.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Service Engineer / Service Technician.
• Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
• Possess a valid driving licence – mandatory.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable travelling to customer sites for service assignments.
