We’re looking for a cheerful and reliable Part-Time Service Crew to join our team at Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie — a dessert destination along Neil Road known for our elegant ice cream parfaits, boutique wines, and tea-based mocktails and cocktails.

If you enjoy interacting with guests and creating memorable dessert experiences, we’d love for you to be part of our rainbow family!

Your Role

You’ll be working alongside our full-time service crew to deliver warm, thoughtful service and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality.
• Take and serve orders, handle payments, and assist with table service.
• Learn our menu of parfaits, wines, and tea-based drinks to make simple recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Support the team during busy service hours and special occasions.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• 💼 Experience: Prior F&B or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
• 😊 Personality: Friendly, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• 🧠 Skills: Good communication and teamwork.
• 📅 Availability: Able to commit to weekday nights, weekend day and night shifts, and public holidays.
• ⏰ Hours: Up to 40 hours per month, able to commit to the role for at least 3 to 6 months
• 🇸🇬 Eligibility: Open to Singaporeans and PRs only.
