Food Services Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities ：

• Operations & Advisory: Oversee and manage daily F&B operations, ensuring high service quality, operational safety, and compliance with local regulatory and health standards.

• Automated Kitchen Integration: Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to introduce, test, and adapt automated kitchen systems, smart cooking robotics, and streamlined workflow solutions within F&B service environments.

• Workflow & Cost Optimization: Evaluate current F&B workflow bottlenecks, analyze operational productivity, and implement innovative automation strategies to minimize labor dependency and control food/operating costs.

• Vendor & Client Management: Serve as a bridge between automated system engineers, food operators, and key catering stakeholders to refine custom F&B automated packages.

• Quality Assurance & Menu Planning: Advise on automated food preparation, quality consistency, and recipe adaptation for automated cooking equipment.
  Job Requirements ：

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of operational or advisory experience in the F&B / hospitality sector. Experience working with international or hotel-grade food services (e.g., luxury hotels/resturants) is a strong plus.

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of F&B kitchen workflows, food safety protocols, and operational management.

  • Tech-Savvy & Innovative: Keen interest or background in kitchen automation, automated catering technology, and operational efficiency tools.

  • Communication & Coordination: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to coordinate between technical staff and F&B operational teams.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
