Job Summary

Support Senior Field Service Engineers in installing, maintaining, and upgrading customer equipment while troubleshooting and performing maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment effectively
Use digital analytics tools to troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes
Apply basic diagnostic techniques under guidance to assess equipment condition and resolve technical problems
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems following training
Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to provide updates and resolve service issues
Complete additional duties as assigned to support team and customer needs
