Car Times Autolution Pte Ltd is a growing automotive workshop in Singapore specialising in vehicle servicing, accident repairs and automotive solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join our workshop team. If you have strong hands-on experience in accident repair and take pride in delivering quality workmanship, we would like to hear from you.

🕐 Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Overtime may be required depending on workshop workload and operational requirements.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle panel beating and accident repair works.
• Assess damaged vehicle panels and body components.
• Repair dents, damaged panels and vehicle body structures.
• Straighten and reshape damaged panels.
• Remove, replace and adjust damaged body parts where required.
• Perform cutting, welding and metal repair works where necessary.
• Ensure proper alignment of panels, body lines and gaps.
• Dismantle and reassemble vehicle body components.
• Prepare repaired areas for the next stage of body repair and painting.
• Ensure all repair work meets the Company's quality standards.
• Minimise rework and complete repairs within the required turnaround time.
• Take proper care of customers' vehicles during the repair process.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Follow all Company safety procedures and workshop SOPs.
• Work closely with Spray Painters, Mechanics, Service Advisors and other workshop staff.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Workshop Manager.

👨‍🔧 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in panel beating, vehicle body repair or accident repair.
• Strong practical skills in panel beating and dent repair.
• Able to use common panel beating and workshop tools.
• Welding and metal repair experience will be an advantage.
• Experience with vehicle dismantling and reassembly.
• Able to identify damaged body components and determine suitable repair methods.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop environment.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Panel Beater position.
