Property Management Intern (Operations) - Singapore

About the Role

We're a growing co-living property management company looking for a self-disciplined intern who wants real responsibility, not busywork. You'll be trusted to manage your own schedule and outcomes, mentored directly by our Operations Manager, and given the room to question and improve how we do things - not just follow a script.

No experience needed. We'll train you on everything. What matters is that you're organised, curious, and comfortable figuring things out.

What You'll Do

Operations and Tenant Management:
1. Conduct room inspections during tenant onboarding and off-boarding
2. Support property agents during viewings with prospective tenants
3. Orientate new tenants on house rules, payment schedules, and policies
4. Enforce property policies and address violations promptly
5. Coordinate repair and maintenance issues efficiently
6. Respond to urgent on-site issues (power outages, plumbing, etc.)
7. Inspect properties regularly to ensure good living conditions and compliance

Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
8. Attend contractor site surveys and manage property access
9. Liaise between customer support teams and service providers
10. Oversee and follow up on cleaning and other maintenance matters

What You Need

Essential:
1. Strong written and spoken English
2. Comfortable with Google tools (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
3. Willing to learn, take initiative, and take ownership
4. Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
5. Comfortable travelling to different locations daily via public transport

Good to have (not required):
1. Experience with team collaboration or communication tools
2. Familiarity with chatbot or customer support platforms
3. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
4. Graduating from ITE/Polytechnic/University within the next 3 to 6 months
