The Warehouse Executive will primarily be responsible for quality control and inspection, ensuring that products meet the required specifications and company quality standards. The role will also coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams while supporting production documentation, reporting, and daily operational activities.

Job Details

• Working Days: 5 days per week, from Monday to Saturday, with Saturday duties rotating between colleagues

• Working hours: 9AM to 6PM

• Working Address: 18 Tuas Ave 5 Singapore 639342 (Just 2 bus stops away from Tuas Link MRT Station)

Main Responsibility - Quality Control

• Conduct daily QC inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.

• Check products against approved samples, specifications, measurements, and quality standards.

• Ensure products are properly inspected and approved before delivery or further processing.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.

• Prepare and maintain production, delivery, and QC records.

• Assist with quality control (QC) checks and ensure products meet company standards.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to support daily operations.

• Update reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.

• Handle incoming enquiries and support internal communication.

• Assist in inventory documentation and stock record updates.

• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  

Job Requirements

• On-Site training provided.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
