About this job
- To perform site coordination and monitoring to manage workers and drivers.
- Perform site risk assessment in every task to be done during pre-task talk ensuring safe work conditions and performance on daily basis.
- Perform site coordination with other performing discipline for smooth and safe work interface and simultaneous operations.
- To liaise closely with Dispatch and Batching in order to avoid undue downtime.
- To oversee and ensure all his subordinates work as per SOP and safe manner in order to prevent lost time accidents and improper handling of machinery and equipment.
- To ensure high standards of housekeeping in the plant area.
- Able to attend to any emergencies situation due to plant machinery issues
- Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager
