BIM Modeller (Electrical)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare installation details, shop drawing layout and submission list
• Design, create and modify electrical circuits, cable containment routing, lighting fixtures
• Create and generate lighting switch, distribution board families and component library
• Create risers / electrical / LAN / M&E Room etc, layout detail
• Attend site coordination meeting with customers / clients
• Perform clash report and solving the clasher with Project Engineer/Customer
• Verify and validate Design with zero clasher and adequate maintenance space
• Prepare visualization and walk through critical/Congested areas if necessary
• CSD and Roombook Coordination
• Generate bills of quantity for material required when necessary
• Any other required task from Main Contractor / Consultant / Client

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• For Singaporean/PR only
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD
• Able to read and visualise electrical systems and equipment drawings
• Able to create and modify electrical circuits based on the specification
• Able to create and modify cable containment routing based on specification and location
• Able to create 2D n 3D electrical views from BIM Model
• Able to set-up configurations for electrical model files
