Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

• Acts as the primary technology interface for assigned Singapore Business/Function stakeholders for Sirena demand, requirements and delivery clarifications.
• Facilitates workshops to elicit, validate and prioritise requirements, and to drive alignment on decisions, dependencies and risks.
• Presents complex topics in a structured way, tailoring communication to different audiences and enabling senior decision-making. Functional Risk & Controls lead for Singapore CIO.

Requirements, Traceability & Sign-off Readiness
• Produces clear, structured requirement documentation (including NFRs where relevant) with sign-off-ready packs accepted by Singapore Business/Functions.
• Ensures traceability and evidence quality aligned to regulated change expectations (MAS knowledge preferred).
• Maintains baseline control over requirements, versions, clarifications and decision logs.

Delivery Governance & Execution Support
• Drives RAID, dependency management and change control to ensure items are owned, tracked, time-bound and transparently reported.
• Works with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, testable, and translated into implementable deliverables.
• Escalates early and drives resolution for blockers, conflicts, and ambiguity to protect delivery outcomes.

Cross-border Collaboration & Capability Build
• Establishes an effective onshore/offshore operating rhythm and improves decision/clarification turnaround time.
• Produces reusable templates/playbooks and runs knowledge transfer sessions (minimum two), with adoption confirmed by HTC leads.

Leadership & Team Management
• Leads through influence (without direct authority), sets clarity and pace, and models accountable delivery behaviours.
• Builds an inclusive and collaborative environment across cultures and time zones, valuing different perspectives while staying outcome-focused.

Leadership & Teamwork

• Strong influencing skills and confidence leading workshops and driving resolution/escalations.
• Experience working with globally dispersed teams and within a complex matrix environment.
• Comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones with a disciplined, respectful working style.

Functional Knowledge

• Experience in requirements engineering / business analysis in banking technology delivery.
• Exposure to regulated change environments requiring evidence, sign-offs and auditability; MAS

knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of core banking / financial products and end-to-end change lifecycle.
• Strong governance discipline across RAID, dependency management, change control and decision logging.
• Strong written communication and structured documentation skills.
