About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital workplace products that enhance productivity and user experience within a large-scale public sector environment.

In this role, you will own key educator-facing digital products, working closely with users, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. You will champion user-centric innovation, lead product strategy, and contribute to long-term digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital workplace platforms.
  • Own and manage products that support productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency across diverse user groups.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational transformation goals.
  • Balance user, business, and technical priorities to maximize product value.

Product Development & Innovation

  • Build, prototype, and scale digital solutions that streamline workflows and improve user experiences.
  • Engage closely with end users to identify needs, validate assumptions, and refine product features.
  • Drive continuous product improvements through user feedback, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Work with engineering and design teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality product experiences.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment across diverse groups to achieve shared product objectives.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advocate for user-centric and data-driven decision-making.

Product Leadership

  • Champion agile product development principles and iterative delivery practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and project team members where required.
  • Promote product management best practices and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree is advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Proven track record of owning, launching, scaling, and enhancing digital products.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery and optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to government, digital services, SaaS, enterprise platforms, or consumer-facing products is preferred.

  • Experience developing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Ability to define success metrics and measure product outcomes.

User-Centered Design

  • Deep understanding of user research and customer-centric product development.

Technical Understanding

  • Good understanding of modern web technologies, digital platforms, APIs, and system ecosystems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams without requiring hands-on coding experience.

Stakeholder Management

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Analytical & Problem Solving

  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and solve complex business problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in education technology, digital workplace solutions, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore public sector environment.
  • Experience working on products serving large and diverse user communities.
