Job Summary
The MAG Development Coach will lead and develop the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) pathway at The Yard, guiding gymnasts from grassroots to elite and international levels. The role supports strategic growth, technical direction, and sustainability of the MAG programme.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the MAG pathway from grassroots participation to elite, international, and NCAA-preparatory performance
- Collaborate with the MAG Director to implement strategic vision and growth plans for the MAG programme
- Identify and select talent from the recreational gymnastics program to advance through the pathway
- Design and promote clear progression pathways for gymnasts to represent Singapore and other countries internationally
- Support gymnasts’ preparation for regional, global competitions, and NCAA gymnastics scholarships in the USA
- Partner with marketing and membership teams to increase participation and retention across all levels of the MAG pathway
- Contribute to positioning The Yard as a regional centre of excellence for Men’s Artistic Gymnastics
