E-Commerce Fulfillment Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill daily e-commerce orders accurately and promptly.

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Coordinate with logistics providers for timely deliveries.

• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.

• Perform stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency.

• Support other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.

• Ensure order accuracy and maintain fulfillment KPIs.

• Handle returned parcels, exchanges, and damaged goods.

• Coordinate with customer service teams regarding order matters and delivery issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or order processing.

• Familiar with online marketplace or e-commerce order management processes.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related work.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
