Sales Executive (B2B)

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, retailers, distributors, childcare centres, hospitals, and other business partners.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer account updates.

Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payment matters.

Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.

Identify opportunities for product listing, promotional campaigns, and corporate partnerships.

Conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account servicing.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, procurement, wholesale trade, FMCG, or the baby and maternity industry.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

• Familiarity with FMCG, baby products, maternity products, or consumer goods industry preferred.
