Sales Manager

Job Summary

Develop and grow customer accounts by promoting cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. Manage enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities to expand market reach
• Promote cleaning services effectively to residential and commercial clients to increase sales
• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts by following up on enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate service contracts to secure business agreements
• Coordinate with the operations team to communicate customer requirements and ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience relevant to the role
• Experience in the cleaning or service industry to better understand client needs and service delivery
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients and close deals
