Business Development Executive(Building Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities​

• Generate Sales in the Building façade maintenance and general building maintenance sector including A & A façade related projects
• Sourcing of profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Re-sealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market diversification.
• Set clear performance goals and regularly assess team performance.
• Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards revenue and growth targets.
• Generate regular reports and provide management with insights and recommendations.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on industry trends and to expand the company's network.
• Represent the company professionally and build a positive brand image.

Job Requirements
-Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in Business Development in any field.
-Training will be provided for facade industry business development.
-Candidates that have experience in securing building facade maintenance projects will have an added advantage.
-Suitable candidate will be offered a basic salary range between SGD $3K to $4.5k with monthly high commission.(Based on experience)
-Commissions Separated from Basic Salary based on Project Closure.
