Customer Service Assistant (Logistics)

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our logistics team.

Responsibilities

* Handle daily client and customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email.

* Provide accurate updates on parcel and delivery status.

* Handle customer complaints professionally and follow up until resolved.

* Assist with delayed, failed, missing or damaged delivery enquiries.

* Coordinate with the operations team, warehouse and drivers to resolve delivery issues.

* Keep customers updated on the progress of their cases.

* Escalate serious or unresolved issues when necessary.

* Perform basic customer service and administrative duties.

Requirements

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Patient and able to handle customer complaints professionally.

* Responsible and able to follow up on issues independently.

* Basic computer skills.

* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.

* Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of customer enquiries and follows through until the issue is resolved.
