Retail Brand Ambassador (Full Time)

Our client is a Singapore-based home & lifestyle retail brand known for a strong customer experience and a positive, energetic store culture.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily store operations and key activities under management's directives
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment aligned with brand standards
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Mentor part-time retail staff and ensure SOPs are followed
• Assign tasks to part-timers and give constructive feedback to improve team performance
• Assist with store inventory management and internal/external stock transfers
• Maintain and improve the store environment
• Work closely with management on sales activities and customer feedback

Core Key Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail role (part-time experience accepted)
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Fluent in English
• Good team player with a pleasant, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work a 5-day week including both weekends
• Open to Singaporeans, PRs and eligible foreign applicants (work pass sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Mandarin
• Passion for home & lifestyle products
• Must be comfortable working in both outlets (one in central area, one in Jewel Changi)
