Product & Mechandising Executive

Our client is a growing Singapore-based home & lifestyle retail brand with both physical retail and e-commerce operations, known for a strong design-led product range.

What You'll Do

• Support and manage product development from concept to launch — covering research, supplier sourcing, sampling, costing, specifications, quality checks and production timelines
• Analyse sales, margins, sell-through and inventory performance to guide product assortment, quantities, reorders, markdowns and discontinuations
• Source, evaluate and manage consignment brands and products that complement the company's assortment
• Monitor product and category performance, identify bestsellers and slow movers, and turn insights into buying recommendations
• Build strong supplier and vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and ensure quality, cost and delivery targets are met
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Retail, E-Commerce, Creative and Customer Service teams on successful product launches and ongoing improvement

Core Key Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, buying, sourcing or a related retail/e-commerce role
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing product development timelines
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple products/projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated team player, comfortable taking ownership of projects
