Senior Facade Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades
• Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants
• Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades
• Facades design and installation management
• Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years relevant experience, preferably experience in Mix-Development or hospital project
• Good technical knowledge of façade trades

• Working Hours: 5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, with overtime allowance provided for work beyond regular working hours, subject to project requirements.
