Assistant Precast Manager

Responsibilities

• Experience in drawing precast product;
• To monitor and advice on precast production schedule;
• To coordinate with consultant on technical requirements;
• Attending coordination meetings;
• To coordinate with precast yard on technical details and assistance;
• Other work related precast coordination.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in precast coordination in condominium project

• Experience in aluminium façade works will be an added advantage

• Professional attitude and good personal presentation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Resourceful, proactive, and able to resolve issues independently

• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

• Working Hours: 5-day work week, with overtime allowance provided for work beyond regular working hours, subject to project requirements.
