Project Admin Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support projects from conception to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecast
• Participate in cross-functional meetings/discussion with design, production, quality assurance, and procurement departments
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, customer specifications, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools (e.g., Gantt charts, ERP/MRP systems, KPIs)
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve technical and operational challenges with the production team
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee, commercial and project information.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or any related field
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial project management
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
