Customer Service Officer (Warehouse)

Job Description

• Downloading BOM List & drawings
• Creating PO and Sales Orders in SAP
• Providing extended support for returns and credit (HDD)
• Processing orders
• Formatting customer-provided order Excel sheets
• Declaring DHL waybill information
• Managing ASP's outbound shipment requirements
• Handling battery shipments (AWB declaration as dangerous goods)
• Preparing quotations for parts availability (pricing, stock, sub-parts)
• Converting sales orders to invoices using VL10C (VA02 to verify ASP ship-to party code)
• Updating reports (300 & 400) to track sub-parts (SDE0107)
• Pre-alerting ASP with signed documents
• Uploading signed documents to SharePoint
• Providing manual documentation for specific ASPs (India, PT. Sharp)
• Managing the new incoming process (Receiving)
• Applying for SSD permits to the Philippines
• Coordinating with forwarders
• Reporting system issues affecting operations
• Investigating inventory vs. physical discrepancies impacting order processing
• Support Warehouse Activities
• Taking part in Stock Take and Audits

Requirements

• 2-3 year of experience
• Secondary education
• Work 5.5 days
