Audience Growth and Distribution Specialist, Lianhe Zaobao [2 year Contract]

LianheZaobao (LHZB) is Singapore’s leading Chinese-language news publication inSingapore. As LHZB continues to strengthen its offerings and to extend ourreach to English-speaking audiences, we are looking for an Audience Growth andDistribution Specialist to help manage our social media platforms.

Youshould be well-versed in the latest social media trends, familiar with socialmedia video production workflows and the multiple platforms including, but notlimited to, Facebook, Instagram/Threads, YouTube, X, TikTok and LinkedIn.

You will beresponsible for the following:

● Curateand/or produce social-centric content, including social cards and short-form videos using toolssuch as Canva, Capcut and AI-assisted creative tools

● Applysocial media best practices to optimise content performance across platforms

● Developplatform-specific templates to streamline and enhance efficiency in socialcontent production

● Monitor and analyse social mediaperformance data using tools such as Echobox, Sprout Social and GoogleAnalytics, to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

● Build andfoster strong relationship/engagement with social media audiences to grow reachand presence

This is a 2-year contract with apossibility of renewal based on performance and organisational needs.

Requirements

● Degree inrelevant discipline; at least 6 years of relevant experience in social mediamanagement and/or digital marketing preferred

● Strong command in English,and basic proficiency in Chinese, both written and spoken

● Abilityto use analytics and insight tools e.g. Google Analytics, CrowdTangle, toevaluate performance and track trends

● Passionateabout current affairs and the social media landscape

● Self-motivatedand able to work independently and also, connect with people and collaborate asa team

● 5 day work week on roster [inclusive of 1weekend day],working hours: 1500 to 0000.
