Assistant/ QA Engineer - (Shuttle Bus Provided)

JOB SUMMARY:

Implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 (IMS); safeguard of the IMS System; Perform audits on internal processes and suppliers to meet ISO requirements; Provide support to Quality Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

1. Customer interface, act as contact window with customer on reporting needs and quality issue response.

2. Monitor, measure and review internal processes through quality management practices.

3. Work with cross functional teams to solve quality issues and meet KPI target.

4. Perform internal audit and ensure that quality system is always in place.

5. Prepare and issue audit reports non-conformance and verifying CAPA;

6. Ensure CAPA are taken and monitored for effectiveness.

7. Educate, train and enforce proper understanding of the quality roles and functions by all workers on site and promote a strong quality culture in the Company.

8. To prepare customer quality report including data collections and statistical reporting.

9. Assist the business in achieving certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF 16949, RBA).

10. Supplier quality management

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001,45001, RBA and IATF 16949

2. Knowledge of Internal Audit or Certified Internal Auditor preferred.

3. Ability to work independently and proactively without supervision

4. Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical techniques.

5. Understand Manufacturing tools, such as: FMEA, control plan

6. Well organized and detail-orientated

7. Flexible and able to adapt to changes

8. Good observation skills

9. Possess good oral and written communication skills

10. Strategic and critical thinking for problems solving

11. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese 【written & oral - to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders in China (HQ)】

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEREQUIRED
1. Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering / Management or equivalent

2. Experience in quality assurance and control

3. Experience in internal and external audit

4. Experience in liaising with external customer
