Job Summary

Support daily operations by managing contracts, fleet records, and customer communications to ensure smooth business processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks to maintain efficient business workflow
• Use Xero Accounting Software to manage financial records accurately
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare documents and reports
• Organize and maintain contracts, fleet details, road tax, and insurance records
• Communicate effectively with customers at all levels to address inquiries and provide support
• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly using a valid Class 3 / 3A Singapore Driver’s License

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Class 3 / 3A Singapore Driver’s License

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written English language
