Job Summary

Motor Retail & Leasing company seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage accounts and input Hire Purchase details accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting records accurately to support financial operations and reporting
• Input Hire Purchase details into accounting systems to maintain up-to-date financial data
• Update accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), profit and loss (P&L), and balance sheet (BS) records to reflect current financial status
• Maintain proper and organized accounting documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Utilize Xero Accounting Software to process and reconcile financial transactions
