📍Location: Clarke Quay MRT
💰Salary: $3500 - $400

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team performing document verification and data validation activities.
• Review supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity.
• Ensure accurate updating of records and databases.
• Handle escalated or complex cases and provide guidance to team members.
• Monitor team performance, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
• Conduct audits, prepare reports, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in staff training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Ensure compliance with information security, confidentiality, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma, GCE 'A' Levels, equivalent qualifications, or relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in team leadership, operations, administration, document verification, or other relevant experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
