On behalf of one of its client, a leading global professional services firm, the FCCS is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Corporate Finance services.
This role offers the opportunity to support clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, providing strategic advice and practical support throughout the deal lifecycle. Working with leading organisations across a variety of industries, you will help clients identify opportunities, navigate complex transactions and maximise value. Through data-driven analysis and commercial insights, the team helps clients make informed decisions and achieve their strategic objectives.
The Role
About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to advise clients on a broad range of corporate finance and strategic transactions, providing both strategic advice and hands-on support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Working with leading organisations across a variety of industries, you will be involved in identifying and evaluating opportunities, developing transaction strategies, managing execution processes and supporting clients through complex negotiations and decision-making. You will combine strong financial and analytical expertise with sound commercial judgement to help clients assess opportunities, navigate transactions effectively and maximise value.
The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to take ownership of client engagements while working closely with experienced Corporate Finance Partners and a diverse, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise clients on a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, private equity transactions, takeovers, corporate restructuring and other strategic and corporate finance assignments.
- Manage transactions throughout the full deal lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment and deal origination through to execution and completion.
- Take responsibility for the independent management and delivery of client engagements and pitches, under the overall guidance of the Corporate Finance Partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their strategic objectives and identifying potential transaction opportunities.
- Support deal origination and business development activities, including identifying potential targets, investors, acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, transaction structures, investment memoranda, information memoranda and other transaction-related materials.
- Conduct detailed financial, commercial and industry analysis to assess investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage transaction processes, working closely with clients, management teams, investors, lawyers, accountants and other external advisors.
- Lead project teams and manage multiple workstreams, ensuring that deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Provide commercial and strategic insights to clients, translating complex financial and market information into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Support clients during negotiations and key transaction milestones, helping them navigate complex issues and achieve their strategic and financial objectives.
- Contribute to the development of junior team members through coaching, guidance and day-to-day supervision.
- Represent the firm professionally and build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
Requirement
- Relevant University Degree(s) and/or MBA qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses.
- Proven experience and success in Deal Origination, Deal Execution and Project Management.
- Dynamic personality with ability to demonstrate leadership and inspire trust to clients.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication ability as well as strong analytical and evaluation skills; whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environment.

- A self-starter with high level of initiative.
- A positive attitude and strong organisational skills are essential.
