Full-Time Accountant (Full Set Accounts / Xero)

Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Full-Time Accountant to manage our company’s full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts independently Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and other management reports

Handle GST preparation and submission Maintain proper documentation for purchases, expenses and payments

Monitor outstanding customer payments and supplier payments Assist with payroll, CPF and related accounting matters

Work closely with management on monthly financial reporting Ensure accounts are properly maintained and up to date

Requirements:

1. Previous experience handling full set of accounts is required
2. Good working knowledge of Xero is required
3. Familiar with Singapore accounting practices and GST
4. Able to work independently and keep accounts organised
5. Careful, responsible and good with numbers Good communication and follow-up skills

Able to read and write Chinese will be an advantage, as the role may involve communicating with Chinese-speaking suppliers
