The Role

• Manage a portfolio of trusts, fiduciary structures and related corporate entities.

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth clients, family offices and professional advisers.

• Oversee the administration of complex international trust and wealth structures.

• Prepare and review trustee resolutions, board papers, minutes and fiduciary documentation.

• Support trustee decision-making on distributions, investments and restructuring matters.

• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, CRS, FATCA and regulatory requirements.

• Partner closely with accounting, tax, compliance and corporate services teams.

• Review financial statements, management accounts and client reporting.

• Identify and mitigate fiduciary, regulatory and operational risks.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Participate in client meetings, onboarding projects and business development initiatives.

• Work directly with senior stakeholders on sophisticated private client and family office matters.
