The Company
Our client is a growing securities brokerage operating within Singapore’s regulated financial services market. The firm supports high-net-worth individuals, accredited investors and other sophisticated market participants with investment and trading solutions. As part of its continued expansion, the business is seeking an experienced Structured Products Sales professional to strengthen its client coverage and revenue growth in Singapore.
The Role
- Originate new business and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, accredited investors and other eligible clients.
- Identify market opportunities and present relevant structured investment ideas based on client objectives and risk considerations.
- Cover structured investments such as Fixed Coupon Notes, Equity-Linked Notes, Accumulators, Decumulators, equity options and other approved products.
- Coordinate with counterparties on pricing, structuring, commercial terms and transaction execution.
- Support clients throughout account opening, trade execution and post-trade servicing.
- Work closely with Trading, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Maintain complete records of client discussions, instructions and transaction activity in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback while contributing to the development of the firm’s sales strategy and processes.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in structured products sales, securities brokerage, derivatives, private wealth or financial markets.
- Proven success in independently originating new business and generating revenue.
- Strong professional relationships within the high-net-worth, accredited investor, family office or sophisticated-investor market.
- A genuine hunter mentality with strong commercial judgement, resilience and a performance-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of structured products, derivatives, pricing and transaction processes.
- Candidates from securities brokerage, Trading Representative, remisier, commodities, futures, options, FX, interdealer broking, EAM or private wealth backgrounds are welcomed.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- High standards of integrity, documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Current eligibility for appointment and relevant Singapore regulatory qualifications for the intended activities.
