Job SummaryWe are looking for a self-motivated engineer to join us in this role. This engineer will be:
·Deeply exposed to broad-based view of how Probe operations run
·Expected to identify opportunities for operations and process improvements through data analytics & propose solutions to realize gains from the identified opportunities
·Expected to drive implementation of these solutions through both improvements to business process & deploying software solutions.
Main Responsibilities:Enhance Probe’s capability to perform real-time reporting, monitoring and flagging Production issues using Tableau & customized software solutions
Develop innovative software solutions for Engineering & Production teams to reduce turn-around time in resolving issues
Implement code to automate material tracking, product disposition & validation to ensure high-quality products for end-customers
Collaborate with the worldwide Probe community on projects with significant impact to Probe
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Job Requirements, Qualifications/ExperienceMust have Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Must have strong programming skills, regardless of programming languages
Strong grasp of Perl, Linux, SQL, Tableau skills is preferred
Candidates studied relevant courses including Computer Science/Engineering, Machine Learning and Programming is a plus
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
