Job Summary

Join LMS Technologies as a Product Specialist (Sales & Application Engineer) to manage and grow scientific instrument product lines, combining technical expertise with customer engagement in academia and industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute sales and marketing activities for assigned scientific instrument product lines to achieve revenue goals
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships with academia, research institutes, and industrial clients to support business growth
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to educate and influence customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market demands and company targets
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions to secure business opportunities
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain training, product updates, and technical support for continuous knowledge enhancement
• Provide customer training, application support, and post-sales follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related disciplines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales of materials characterization or analysis equipment Candidate with experience in Scanning Electron Microscopy preferred but not compulsory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through customer engagement
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
