Job Summary

As a Clinic Receptionist at Myphysio Pte Ltd, you will manage patient interactions, schedule appointments, handle payments and insurance verification, and support clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly to create a welcoming clinic environment
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide accurate information to callers
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details accurately for record-keeping and billing
• Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and healthcare staff to support patient care and clinic operations
• Manage sensitive patient data with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare documents and reports
• Adapt to and learn new technologies such as electronic medical records and billing software
• Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinic setting
• Cover additional workdays as needed, maintaining flexibility in scheduling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role within a healthcare setting
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills demonstrated through patient interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or dialect is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum education level of GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent

Other Information

• Work schedule: 2-3 workdays per week, with flexibility to cover additional days as required
• Clinic hours: Weekdays 8:45am–6:30pm, Saturday 8:45am–1:15pm
