HR Assistant - 1 year contract.

Overview: -

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Working Hours: 8:30am–6:00pm Thursday, 8:30am–5:30pm Friday
• Working Location: Pasir Ris
• Monthly Base Salary: Up to $3500 + 1 month completion bonus

Your Responsibilities: -

• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including employee records, documentation, correspondence, and general HR enquiries.
• Assist with Work Permit (WP) applications, renewals, and MOM-related documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, leave, and attendance records.
• Liaise with employees and relevant departments to coordinate HR-related requests, documentation, and administrative matters.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, forms, and other administrative documents as required.

Requirements: -

• Dip in HR management
• Min 1 years of relevant work experience as a HR Generalist
