Kitchen Crew / Assistant / Helper

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Crew / Assistant to support our kitchen operations. This person plays an important role in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and helping the team deliver high-quality dishes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food preparation (e.g. washing, chopping, portioning ingredients).
• Support the chef and kitchen team in daily kitchen tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
• Clean and wash utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.
• Receive, unpack, and store ingredients and supplies properly.
• Ensure food safety standards and hygiene practices are followed.
• Dispose of waste and keep the kitchen organized.
• Assist with simple cooking tasks if trained and instructed.

Requirements:

• Hardworking, responsible, and a team player.
• Willing to learn and take instructions well.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety (training will be provided).
• Prior kitchen experience is a bonus, but not required.
