Job Responsibilities
- Conduct performance reviews with drivers to improve their service performance
- Identify recalcitrant drivers and take appropriate actions to deal with drivers, including termination of their service
- To assist in any media & govt sector enquiry on driver
- To assist in repo of taxi
- Any other adhoc duties
Job Requirements
- Minimally GCE O or A Levels
- Computer literate
- Good knowledge in investigation job
- Candidates with a driving license and Taxi Vocational License will be advantageous
- Able to lead the team
