Human Resources Executive

Main Duties and Responsibilies:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning and recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
• Administer work passes, including applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and compliance monitoring.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters, handling enquiries, grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to support retention and workplace improvements.
• Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide HR business partnering support by advising managers on people-related matters and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements, including audit support.
• Drive employee engagement and employer branding initiatives to enhance employee experience, culture, attraction, and retention.
• Manage HR operations, HRIS, reporting, and process improvement projects to improve efficiency and support business decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM),Business Administration (BA), or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, candidates, and external authorities.
• Handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion.
• Support organizational changes and respond effectively to evolving business requirements.
